What I’m Working On

A quick rundown of the projects I’ve been spending time on lately — some nearly finished, some barely started.

I find it useful to occasionally write down what I’m actively working on. Not as a productivity exercise, just as a way of making the invisible visible. Here’s where things stand right now.

This blog

Still in the early stages of figuring out what this place is. I’ve got the structure mostly sorted — posts, an archive, an about page — and now it’s a matter of actually writing things and seeing what sticks. The design is intentionally simple. I’d rather write than tweak CSS forever.

A small utility script

I’ve been putting together a little command-line tool that helps me organize notes. Nothing fancy — it reads a folder of plain text files, lets me tag and search them, and outputs a summary. Probably only useful to me, but it’s been a good excuse to get more comfortable with the tooling.

Reading

Not a project exactly, but I’ve been working through a long backlog of saved articles and a few books I started and abandoned. Trying to actually finish things rather than just accumulate them. Progress is slow but real.

What’s next

I want to write up some notes on the tools I use day-to-day, and there’s a longer post forming about the value of small, self-contained projects. Those are next up once I get through the current pile.
